I am new to making flowers, can anyone share how to make a gumpaste Alstromeria? It would be helpful to know what cutters I need.

Try global sugar art....I believe that's where I got my alstromeria cutter.

I got my cutters and veiners from Scott Clark Woolley There is a picture of orange ones i did in my photos there on the white wedding cake with assorted flowers. The one thing i did that i wouldn't do again is open them up so much, i think they should be closed more.

I do the same thing. I didn't have a cutter that was correct, so I bought a real flower from the florist and pulled the petals off to make a template to cut mine. I don't have a pic of it uploaded, but the real thing in front of you is the best way to work.

The metal pieces on saran wrap and aluminum foil-you can use to make your own cutters or become friends with a metal cutter and he will cut what you need. Get to know a metal smither.
