I am making brownies for a graduation party and I want to use chocolate MMF and decorate with RI. I want the fondant to stay soft for taste but I want the RI to set up so that I can stack the brownies if needed. I am worried that the RI wont set up if I package the brownies too soon but if I dont package them, the RI wont set?! Anyone run into this before?
My advice is not to stack anything with RI. Just asking for trouble. IMO.
