I love IDBC! Anyhow, in the mayhem of cake decorating, I left a tupperware covered container of IDBC on my counter. icon_surprised.gif As it hasn't been refrigerated, is it ok to still use? Thank you in advance.

IDBC? Does that mean IndyDeb Buttercream? (You may have just created a new acronym!)
Yes, It's fine on the counter.

Oops on the acronym! Yes, I did mean Indy Deb recipe-which I love. Thank you for the reassurance. As the recipe takes milk I wasn't confident.

Yes Indy's is fine, the milk is preserved by the sugar in the recipe.
