I'm doing my first cream cheese frosted wedding cake this weekend. The weather is saying the temp will be 96! I have to deliver the cake at least 3 hours before the reception since the wedding and reception will all be held in the same hall. I'm hoping the recipe for cc icing that I have will hold up but I am S-C-A-R-E-D!!!!! Any tips? [/code]
