Can I susbtitute self-rising flour with cake flour?
I can't find self-rising flour in town...the only one I can find is cake and pastry self-rising flour. Are they the same?
The recipe asked for 1.5 cups self-rising flour, 1.25 cups all purpose flour, 1 cp butter, 2 cps sugar, 4 eggs, 1 cp milk and 1tsp vanilla extract.
