confession time: I've turned into a cake flake....
I'm usually really organized with scheduling my baking around my day job and my family etc, but I goofed on this one. I have a sheetcake that is due for pickup Wednesday, but I somehow got it in my head that I needed it tomorrow. I'm tied up tonight, so I baked and decorated last night. So, my question is this: Will my cake that was baked/decorated Sunday night be ok @ room temp in a bakery box until the party Wednesday night?? any help or wisdom would be greatly appreciated!
That's the outside of my comfort range (which is 3 days) but as long as it's stored in a cool environment (doesn't need to be the fridge) then I would think it would still be ok.
Yes, it would be fine if kept cool/room temp (air conditioned). I see you're
in TN so figure you'd be running AC anyway.
