OK so my MMF is made (PLEASE WORK) this is my first attempt at it..anyways, I just got through carving my cake and I want it to stay moist so do I go ahead and crumb coat and wait to cover with MMF in the morning or do I go ahead and just cover the cake and crumb coat in the morning right before the MMF?

BC and MMF help to seal in the cake for freshness. Once it is shaped, you should at least cover it with your BC. I generally do everything at once, but whatever works best with your schedule...
