Hi! I just received an order for a 8" birthday cake with this request "She likes camping, fishing, golfing and is a nurse. Think she will be 44." Sounds simple enough, except that she wants it iced in Chocolate BC! Anyone have any thoughts on what I can do with a base of brown icing?

PS: I use MMF for accents but dont cover cakes/

Thanks

Jen

I havent decided yet at all. Whichever one will be easiest with a design using the choc BC. I told her I could a "dessert cake" (ganche dripped, ect). She basically told me I could do whatever because she is going for taste over looks.

You could cover it in chocolate ganache (for dirt), and then pipe some green around for grass, and maybe pour a little blue dyed white chocolate ganache down to be a river, and do a campsite...You could make a little tent and fishing pole stuck in the ground...
