I have a person who wants a cake done in fondant. I am going out of town a week before the cake will be needed. Considering this cake will be covered in fondant, will it be fresh to cut and eat in a week? I always make my cakes fresh so I don't know if I should do this or not. I would personally eat a week old cake but that's me. ??????Help.
I wouldn't eat or serve a week old cake.
