I had a request for a topsy turvy cake 10,8. How many part servings would they get?

How many layers are you going to use for each tier? 2" or 3" layers? How much are you going to be carving the cakes to get the "turvy" ? LOL

Are you going to be carving the cakes to get the look of the topsy turvy cake? This will reduce the serving amount but I'm not sure by how much. How are you planning to carve the cake to get the "look" or what method are you using to make your topsy turvy cake. I know that there are different ways to go about it....how are YOU planning on doing yours? This will help to better determine how many servings you'll get out of it.

I printed the info on CC on how to make a topsy turvy cake. It say's to use three different size pan and carve the largest layer at an angel from the top corner to the bottom. I just need some idea on the serving amounts. It will need to feed 30 people.
