I've done tiered cakes before but this will be my first topsy turvy. It's just for my niece so not too much pressure. 3 tiers, frosted in buttercream. I'm just a hobby baker and probably only make 5 or 6 fancy cakes a year so I can use as much advice as I can get. TIA.
