I have never done cupcakes for a wedding. What is considered a "serving"? one? two?

How about mini cupcakes?

In minis 2 or 3... especially if there are different flavors. People seem to feel like they get "one of each" flavor.

One cupcake = one serving, however, the trend at cupcake weddings is that people feel more free to have more than one (it's "just a cupcake!"), so it's usually recommended that a bride order 1.25 or 1.5 cupcakes per expected guest.
