I am new here and do not know what wasc means. Can someone help

It is White Almond Sour Cream. My *original* recipe is in the recipe section. There are several others who have posted their version of the *original*. I think mine is the best LOL!

I think kakeladi's "original" WASC is the very best WASC recipe as well. Her recipe uses no oil and only 1 cup of liquid. Some of the others are gummy and "wet" but hers is awesome and has the perfect crumb.

I agree. The recipe from Kakeladi is the absolute best. I use it all the time, and have never had a cake collapse or fall because of the recipe. Now having a cake collapse from not using dowels is another story. By the way, welcome to CC.
