Can anyone tell me if I can use sugar crystals on buttercream. I have seen it used over fondant but I am not sure it can be used with BC. And if I can use it on BC , how would I get them to stick. TY

Yes you can use them on buttercream. You should put them on right after you finish frosting the cake. They will stick if the icing hasn't crusted too much yet.
