I got a customer asking me to do this.

Ok what kind of estimate could you give for having 3 cakes... (1) 8inch square (1) 12 inch square and (1) 16 inch square to feed 200 people would like chocolate on 8inch strawberry for 12 inch and vanilla for 16 inch all with buttercream frosting... don't want them tiered or stacked just 3 cakes

how much should i charge? i'm used to doing cupcakes, but now i'm ready to go a lil above. help!

Well start off by charging per serving...I charge $3.00 per serving but it varies in location and what your market can withstand.So you figure out how many servings each cake will serve and go from there..Here is the wilton chart...
