Those are the only two choices in this whole city!!! CRAZY with J&W here you would think someone would open up a larger cake supply shop. Cakes Etc.. has more veiners but her hours are wacky on the weekend. She also makes & delivers cakes so that's why the weird extra short weekend hours.

yeah, it's rediculous that charlotte doesn't have much more as far as caking supplies is concerned elaine's has a pretty limited amount of stuff, so i'd call before you head that way. same goes for the place in charlotte/pineville area.

I am looking to start selling bakery supplies in NC, what items are frequently used you would be interested in purchasing locally at reasonable prices. (cake studio closed and i found it to be expensive)
