I'd start with orange and either add in a little pink or yellow or both.

I have found when I am blending butter creams it works best for me to start with colored icing and blend them into each other.

I didn't even think about pink...Thank you. I am making fondant roses, I should of wrote that first..Does that make a difference?

Nah, I'd still do the same thing. I just have better luck making colors by blending precolored stuff than I do if I do a drop of this color gel and a drop of that color gel.

Sugarcraft has a chart I have found useful. http://www.sugarc raft.com/catalog/coloring/colormixingchart.htm
The top part is a little confusing but if you page down, it gets more specific. They say for peach to use equal parts of lemon yellow and pink.
