CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT IS THE BEST TASTING FONDANT I CAN USE FOR PEOPLE THAT IS A DIABETIC ? WILTON IS NO GOOD AND SATIN ICE IS JUST TOO SWEET.

Sorry to be blunt, but here goes...

Personally, as a diabetic, the best thing in my opinion is to just make the cake with the products you normally use and suggest that the diabetic peel the fondant off before eating. There is no such thing as diabetic-friendly fondant.

By the way, diabetics can eat sweets if their meal plan allows and if they account for every carb. In particular, Type 1 and insulin-dependent Type 2 diabetics need to know how many total carbs and serving portion size so they can properly adjust their insulin.
