I'm in Monroe County NY and my inspector is coming in 14 minutes! I'm applying for the exemption to the 20C regulation so I can bake from home. It'll be limited but at least it's a start! I know the house is clean and there are only so many times I can polish the counters before he gets here. Crossing my fingers it all goes well!
