I have a friend who has Celiac disease, and she's recently been through some personal dramatic experiences. I really want to be able to send her some beautiful decorated cookies to cheer her up.

I saw "gluten free flour" at the store the other night. Has anybody tried using that in NFSC?

Does anybody have a gluten free recipe to share?
