I had a last minute request for a birthday cake before I left work. It's just a 9x13, so not a big deal. However, I generally bake the night before I decorate and let the cake sit overnight. I can't do that. Should I put it in the freezer? Should I put it in the refrigerator? What would you suggest I do to get this cooled enough that I can decorate it before I go to bed???

i dont think it would do any harm to put it in the freezer for an hour or so
