Does any have any experience with carved strawberries? I was wondering if I could put them on a wedding cake the day before? Would they still be ok? Would the juice start to leek out and stain the cake? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

Once cut, strawberries will begin to bleed. I'd put them on as close to delivery time as possible or even put them on at the venue once you get the cake there. HTH

I agree, let that be the last thing that you do at the venue if possible.
