My wife has a return customer from out of town that insist she make her another cake and ship it.

Any ideas where to buy insulated shipping boxes a la carte. Many places online sell them in bulk. The best would be a place in town that would carry them.

We're in Las Vegas.

What about those styrofoam ice chests/coolers? They're lightweight, and come in several sizes. And they're relatively cheap. Even drug stores sell them this time of year, in their seasonal goods departments.
