A few weeks ago my computer was down & I was surfing on my hubby's. Well I had found a picture of this wedding cake that I wanted to show one of my brides and I can't remember where I found it & promised him not to save any pics on his pc (or else it would've been filled with cake pics LOL!)

I've been looking forever & thought I'd come here to ask!

It was a white wedding cake (can't remember if it was buttercream or fondant)...it was stacked, maybe 4 tiers? and it had a navy blue ribbon around one (?) tier and had a "rope" around one (or more?) tier(s)...I remember it also had white "bubbles" ('cause that was the part I *didn't* want to incorporate).

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks cake friends!

The only thing that I can suggest is perhaps check out the entries for the nautical competition. Maybe something there will help you remember the cake and perhaps you could sketch it out.

And if not, maybe someone else will see your post and remember!
