I'm trying to find a good recipe for a princess cake that uses vanilla pudding/creme with layers of strawberries and banana slices. I'd like to make them into cupcakes, obviously by just cutting the cupcake in half and filling, but I'm not sure how to present them. They would have to be taken out of the liner, so I'm stuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You could try using an apple corer and cut a hole out of the middle of cupcake put a banana slice inside and fill with your cream filling replace top of hole back on cupcake then put a strawberry slices on top towards the middle then frost on top of them as usual. Of coarse you would have to refrigerate......just an idea someone may think of something better!

I was also thinking you probably would want to put a bit of icing on top of cupcake where you lay the strawberries just in case so the strawberry doesn't make it soggy, then frost as usual!
