The featherweight bags are soft.

Love the featherweight bags. Although I do enjoy just being able to toss the disposable bags when I am done. Less cleanup. Woo hoo!

I like the plastic ones myself. I don't have a dishwasher so the less I have to wash after a cake the better. I don't mind parchment, but I just like the way I hold the plastic ones better.
