I had forgotten a friend's birthday until the evening before. No time to bake, so I had this wild idea of using a purchased Pepperidge Farm coconut cake from the frozen section. I wanted to make it special, so I turned it upside down and poked holes in the cake, then I poured rum syrup into the holes of the frozen cake. I turned the cake right side up and added decorations made from Sugarveil. I was so happy with the outcome, I had to post this photo!
