The other day I saw a post about a fudge-like filling made of sweetened condensed milk warmed and poured over chocolate chips. I made it today and it is AMAZING.
My question is can it be, and should it b?, whipped to use as a filling or use it as is?
Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
It's really amazing isn't it. I use that same (JodieF's) recipe all the time. It whips up beautifully and makes a fantastic filling. I've also made it using white chocolate. Yummy stuff!
