There is a store called Cakes N' More in Amarillo. http://cakesnmore.shorturl.com/
They have a limited selection of cake stuff, but it is different than you would find at Michael's or Hobby Lobby. They are also a bakery.
Party Plus in Lubbock also sells cake supplies, but it is mostly Wilton products like the hobby stores. http://www.party-plus-warehouse.com/
