just wondering what the best way to attach a gp bow is. Ive made two so far, one was lying flat on a book cake, so it was no worries, but then i just did a baby shower one that needed it to be stuck on the sidehttp://cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=gallery&file=displayimage&pid=1735652

i tried to stick it on with r.i, but it started sliding, so i had to roll a bit of brown fondant to try and cover up the smudges... and yeah... a few hours later it had almost totally fallen off. I was so embarrassed. the gp wasnt especially thick either. i have seen thicker stay stuck. so just wondering if there is any secret trick to making it stay? also any way of kepping it put while it sets, apart from standing there holding it, which i did, and didnt end up working anyway.. lol. oh the cleverness of me.

I used melted chocolate to attach mine. It dries quickly, so it held its position well.
