Hi again to everyone here in the uk!...I was looking for some advise about a good chocolate cake,Im having a really rubbish time trying out some recipes but not found a good one that rises well and can handle carving and fondant and not too dry,If it"s not too cheeky to ask what choc cake recipes do you all use and would you share?It"s nice to be able to take time out and get some advise from people that are helpful and understand

a good chocolate pound cake is always one that carves well. Chocolate is hard because it is so much more moist so you need one that is a little sturdy. Also... you can use the WASC recipe here and use the adaption for chocolate... that is always a good one.
