Hey, not sure if there is where I should post this but I am in desperate need of a wonderful Vanilla Cake. I have tried so many recipes. Some of them are okay but most just seem to be to dense or kinda dry. Help please!!!!

I use doctored mixes. How about:

1 white cake mix
1 box vanilla pudding (I use sugar free jello pudding)
1 6oz. vanilla yogart
an extra egg (the box says three, use four)
1/3 cup of oil
Vaniila beans in the batter and 1 tsp of vanilla (see below)
or
1 tblsp. pure vanilla ( cake will no longer be white or clear vanilla a good quality one like McCormicks artificial vanilla; this is based on what's easily available at the supermarket)

Continue with the liquid amount on box. HTH.

Thanks, that sound really good. I've been tinkering with homemade stuff but I need something good so I might try this one.
