I know someone asked this a while back, but I cannot find it. Please help - how do you get the cornflour that you roll your fondant out on off the fondant, especially the dark colours?

I use a hand held clothes steamer most of the time. Just have to be careful not to drip water on the cake. If I have colors that I'm worried will bleed I take a pastry brush and a little shortening and gently brush it off the cake. Both methods also give a nice sheen to your cake.
