Hi, Can anyone suggest a good eggless cake recipe for a winniehte pooh cake. I have never made one before so not sure what will work for a novelty cake, that I might need to carve.

I only made a square cake with it but I think you'd be able to carve it. It's not as dry as other eggless cakes I've tried.
