I understand that laws differ from state to state, but I would like to ask how it works to get licensed and work out of someone elses kitchen..ie... a restaurant, rental kitchen, church and so on.
Do you need an inspection from the health dept.?
And why do some kitchens advertise , licensed and certified, what does this mean?
would share your experience, please?
