What Does "for Home Use Only" Mean?

I was just browsing the Wilton website at the shaped pans and some of the Disney pans say "for home use only." Does this mean, not to be decorated and sold? I know some things are copywritten so that's what I thought it meant. Let me know if it means something else. Thanks.

The pans are to be used for cakes that are not to be sold, such as for your own kinds birthday.

The images on those pans area copyrighted, and it is illegal to reproduce those images in any way, shape or form and recieve money or other compensation for it.

There are several past threads on the copyright laws that go into it some more.
