So I have to do chocolates for a wedding cake for tomorrow morning. Every time I take the chocolates out they end up cracking in half. How do I keep this from happening? HELP!!!!!!!!
are you putting them in the frig or freezer to set? I usually put them in the freezer for 1 minute or so and the frig a bit longer, try fliping the tray over and tapping the edge so they fall onto a towel or somethign softer
