I have bought an electric pasta roller to roll out fondant and gumpaste. What is the trick to getting the fondant through it without it sticking to the rollers? I've tried several things and it is very frustrating. I'm sure it's something simple that I'm overlooking, but can anyone help me?
Thanks

Hmmm . . .mine has never, ever stuck. Did you dust the rollers with a bit of cornstarch or confectioner's sugar? Or perhaps the outside of the fondant itself so that the cs/ps transfers to the rollers?

I did dust with both at different times. It didn't work. It just sticks. Also I had it set to a thickness of 7.

I'm practicing with different thicknesses and it seems to be working much better. Thank you so much for your advice.
