I'm making a lemon cake with a lemon curd filling, I plan on using white chocolate ganache under fondant. I was thinking I'd like to use MF's white chocolate fondant recipe, do you think this would be too sweet or rich? I'm wondering if I should flavor either the ganache or fondant with some lemon flavor to cut it a bit. Any ideas or suggestions on these combination's?
I've made lemon cake w/lemon curd filling and used white chocolate buttercream. The sweetness would depend on how tart your curd is.
