Has anyone used the Wilton Performance Pans Pillow Pan Set? I have not had good luck carving cakes so when I came across these pans I got excited but I can't seem to find any reviews on them.
Thanks in Advance icon_biggrin.gif

No I haven't. I made a pillow cake earlier this year. I just made a 2-layer 8" square cake and slightly carved the edges to make it more pillow-like. If you use a sturdy cake recipe, it's pretty easy.
