How are you decorating the cuppies? One swirl around with a large tip, or a double? Are you toring the wondermold cake, and then icing?

I would start with at least a double batch. If you're doing a double-swirl on the cuppies, three batches.

I can torte and ice an 8" round with one batch (I torte two baked layers, so there are three layers of icing, four layers of cake).

HTH!!!

I can frost 36 cupcakes with a IM swirl. My swirl would probably qualify as a double swirl above.
