I need to fill a 9" and 7" square cakes with buttercream also need to crumb coat them. Can someone give me a recipe so i have enough to do this? Thanks

i think indydebis would do you... maybe just one layer of filling - pm her, and maybe she will know for sure.

It would probably take me two batches to fill and crumb-coat a 7" and a 9", but it really depends on how thick you make it. I use a thick crumb coat and then refrigerate before putting the fondant on, because the people I bake for like a thick layer of buttercream.
