I am going to make fondant for the first time and need your help! Please tell me your favorite fondant recipe or tricks and secrets. I have pulled a couple of recipes from online so far and all of them are different! Some use glycerin or corn syrup or gelatin and some don't. Also, some say use 10X confectioners sugar while others simply call for confectioners sugar. Please load me up with your expertise and tricks of the trade icon_smile.gif

Thanks!!

I just make MMF (marshmallow fondant) and everyone loves it. It is by far the easiest to make I think.

try MFF, easy to make, make sure you add some white chocolate chips per instructions at the end. The first time I made it, it was perfect and now I make it all the time (unlike mmf which I still have trouble with). MFF is cheaper than buying it, is easy to work with and has a long shelf life (you can even freeze it). Recipe is on CC
