Anyway, so my DH b-day is coming and he is a HUGE fan of UNDER ARMOUR , so i wanted to make a cake like a 13x9 and cut a 2-Dlogo I read a post on here a while back about whether it was legal to make cakes in the likeness of a copyrighted character or object, unfortunately i cant seem to find it now. Was just wondering if someone could tell me if those rules are only if you intend to sell the cake?

If you don't sell cakes (and don't think your DH will rat you out) - you should be fine. icon_smile.gif

(Unless your DH is so proud, he calls the press and a photo of the cake appears on all channels of national tv... and then the copyright attorneys start calling you) icon_lol.gif
