hi everytime i do a spunge it browns really quickly and in the centre forms dark brown kind of burnt bubbles.. what are they ive finally managed to get the cakes out of the tins but these brown bubbles are annoyin? what are they i thought spounge was supposed to come out light brown... i cook it on 180 c
What king of sugar are you using?
It's hard to say when we don't know what recipe you're using. Or is it for any sponge recipe you make?
