So this morning while decorating a 4th of July cake, I was using three different brands of fondant (Duff, Satin Ice, and Wilton) my 10 year old daughter who LOVES fondant wanted to eat some as usual and I suggested she do a taste test.
So she broke off little balls of each and laid them out. She also got her dad to participate, she decided in order of preference she liked
1. Duff
2. Satin Ice
3. Wilton
My husband bless his heart said "I don't know they all taste the same to me." Men gotta love them.

I definitely thought the Duff fondant smelled the best and was very soft and pliable, great for draping but I don't think it would work for flowers or figures that needed to get stiff.
