What is the best Cake Knife to have to level cakes? (most affordable would be best too) Thanks a million! I have an 8" bread knife but I seem to have issues with it! arrghh!!

I have a Syscoware Sani-Soft 0868000 with a 12" blade. I bought it from Sysco several years ago. I can't remember what I paid for it but it was worth every penny I can tell you that
