I was making a batch of MMF last night and I didn't have any vanilla so I put in some coconut extract instead. Wow! What a delicious fondant. And then it got better...I had to make a skin tone color so I mixed my white fondant with some Satin Ice chocolate...chocolate coconut...I couldn't stop myself from eating it.

I will have to find more excuses to make this fondant again icon_smile.gif

Last year I made the MMF with peppermint and vanilla extract for the starlight candy cakes I made. I was a big hit!

I kind of did the same thing the other day with bc icing. I didn't have any milk so I added Cream of Coconut to the icing. It was so good. I put it on a chocolate cake. It wasn't coconut milk though, it was the thick stuff that you use in mixed drinks.
