That's a cool idea! Well, you could use either or mini or regular. It depends on how many u have to make and how big yr flower pots will be. I think the minis would be really cute being that its a babyshower. They are minis, babyshower, get it? Lol. As for colors, I would use diffrent shades of blue w/white, some mint green/lt.
