Not sure if anyone will know an answer to this, but I have tried everything under the sun to create smooth (top and bottom) chocolate covered marshmallows. It drives me batty! Is it even possible to do this without covering the hole with sprinkles?

Yes, put them on toothpicks and dip them into the chocolate then stick the toothpick into a piece of styrofoam. All you're left with is one tiny hole in the bottom where the toothpick was. Could always dip them right on lollipop sticks as well and leave them on there, food on a stick is always more fun!!! The bodies of these turkeys were done with choc. covered marshmallows using this technique
